US SHIPMENTS

• Worldwide shipping via DHL, UPS, PDP and FEDEX.
• Standard Shipping 3 - 5 days - Cutoff at 3 PM (PST)
• FREE Ground Shipping (USPS or FedEx) on orders of $100 or more.
• Product weight and quantity are considered for shipping costs. 
• Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
• We ship most orders via UPS Ground. 

CANADA SHIPMENTS

• We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada. 
• USPS transfers shipments to Canada Post then delivers the packages to you. 
• UPS delivers directly to you.
• You are responsible for the any import duties due at the time of delivery. 

NOTES

• Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.
• Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days.
• Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
• When your order is placed, if your order weighs less than 2 lbs. it will ship via USPS unless you request otherwise during checkout.

• Wrong Shipping Address: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
• Contact Us Quickly: We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, please contact us immediately at b2b@emitever.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
• Customs: If the packages are detained by customs, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to communicate with customs and pay any tax fees from customs.

Returns Policy

• Our 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love your order.
• Notify us within 30 days and Emitever.com will issue you a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
• If 30 days have passed since the time of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

• Emitever will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or if it your order arrived damaged.
• For a damage claim to be successful, Emitever.com has to be notified of the damage within 5 working days of the damage.
• We will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no cost to you or begin arrangement for processing your refund.
