Product weight and quantity are considered for shipping costs.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
We ship most orders via UPS Ground.
CANADA SHIPMENTS
We use USPS (United States Post Office) or UPS for all our shipments to Canada.
USPS transfers shipments to Canada Post then delivers the packages to you.
UPS delivers directly to you.
You are responsible for the any import duties due at the time of delivery.

Emitever will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or if it your order arrived damaged.
For a damage claim to be successful, Emitever.com has to be notified of the damage within 5 working days of the damage.
