Returns Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure you love your order.

Notify us within 30 days and Emitever.com will issue you a refund, replacement, or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

If 30 days have passed since the time of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Support Team via email at b2b@emitever.com.
  • Once we receive your e-mail, we will send you the return address as confirmation where you can return your order.
  • We do not cover the shipping costs of the returned equipment.
  • We advise you to hold onto your tracking information
  • We are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
  • Once we receive the returned device to our warehouse, it will take approximately two business days to process a refund.
  • Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. 

Damaged or Incorrect Shipping

Emitever will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or if it your order arrived damaged.

For a damage claim to be successful, Emitever.com has to be notified of the damage within 5 working days of the damage.

We will file the claim on the customer's behalf and arrange for a replacement at no cost to you or begin arrangement for processing your refund.
