1.I NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL OF MY ORDER?

Once you click "submit order" your order is finalized. If the order has no errors it's transmitted to our system for the next step of processing.
You can be certain, if you click "Submit order" and you never receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, a few things could have happened. There were errors with order and it never finalized. Issue with internet connections between you and our site.

*You never clicked "submit order". The easiest way to find out about possible email confirmation issues is: Check your spam folder for any e-mails from emitever.com.
Login to the emitever.com site and under "My Account" you will see your order history. If you do not see the order in your history, we never received the order.

2. WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?

Please don't worry, we will ship it to you within 1-3 working days, there will be a tracking number sent to your mailbox after delivery

3.WHAT IF THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

Contact our Customer Service Department ask for the "request availability notification".

4.WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY PROCESS?

To process a warranty claim, please send an email to service@emitever.com and provide the following information:
● Your complete name and order number
● A clear and legible photo of your Purchase Receipt attached to the email.
● A clear photo/video of your item showing any relevant details
* please confirm your product is still under warranty before submitting a request. Warranty conditions can be found in the product manual included with your purchase or in the manuals section of the individual product page.
